Absolutely loved Irish sea moss gel. It really helped me feel hydrated, especially during the cold winter and dry climate. I love drinking it first thing in the morning with hot water and lemon. I also applied it directly to my eczema spots on my arm, and in a day the rash cleared up! My mom had a lingering cough with phlegm, and after giving her sea moss each morning her throat felt coated and it was very soothing. She only needed it for 3 days before feeling better but I've been giving it to her everyday because of all the wonderful minerals. The product comes in a cute mason jar and stayed fresh in my fridge. I'm definitely going to order again and even buy fee extra for gifts :D
