Shipping, Refund, & Exchange
SHIPPING
GOOD 4 THE BODY currently offers shipping within Canada & USA only. To ship our Sea Moss within Canada & the USA we use UPS Shipping only. For Products other then Sea Moss we use Canada Post or Local Delivery if within the 43km radius within the Greater Toronto Area. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 5PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. Sea Moss Gels will only be shipped from Monday to Thursday to ensure that their will not be any delays with Sea Moss Gels being left inside the warehouse.
GOOD 4 THE BODY does not ship on major Canadian holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Estimated arrivals: All orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on geographical locations and the carrier. We (GOOD 4 THE BODY) are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.
Please expect a shipping delay during the Winter Months, inclement weather, major holidays and GOOD 4 THE BODY big sales.
Please allow additional arrival time for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Outlying Islands.
(*NEW*) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International Customs, Duties and Taxes: Items shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other misc. charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are NOT included in the cost of your GOOD 4 THE BODY order and must be paid in order to be released for delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order with GOOD 4 THE BODY.
You, as the customer are responsible for the payment of all fees and will not be reimbursed by GOOD 4 THE BODY.
GOOD 4 THE BODY will not provide a refund for the package if it has been abandoned at customs due to non-payment of fees. We (GOOD 4 THE BODY) are not responsible for any shipment fees for international shipping once the items leave our facility.

PROCESSING
All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to process). Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.
If you wish to add an item to ship with an order already in processing and not yet fulfilled, you must place a new order and we can combine the two orders if it has not left our location. We require that you specify the original order invoice number that you wish the new order to ship with in the comments section at checkout or an email to good4thebodyproducts@gmail.com. We will make every effort to ship the items together.
We take extra care in packing your order safely so that items have little chance of leaking or breaking during transit. However, in every case, if you do receive an item that has leaked or is damaged/broken, we require that you notify us of this within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@good4thebody.ca with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All items are made to order in the order in which they were received.
What if I made a purchase a day or two before a sale, will I be able to get that sale on my purchase?
Unfortunately if you have made a purchase before a sale you can not get it at the sale price.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the moment we currently ship our Sea Moss Gels & body products to the United States of America.
RETURN
At Good 4 The Body we stand by and believe in our products being of Natural Products and a Sea Moss Company supplier in Canada we ensure that our products through our customer service is of excellent quality.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our standard refund/return policy are that all sales are final. But in an unlikely nature, should any issues arise with your order we would be happy to resolve any issues by providing a replacement or a refund for any lost or damaged items. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Good 4 The Body team by emailing us at info@good4thebody.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that you provide a picture of the damaged item along with your order number in the email that way we can verify for tracking verification.
EXCHANGES
If in the event that an item has not yet been shipped out or fulfilled and you notice you've purchased a wrong item, we can then change it for the item that you would like to change it for.
